Health insurance can be complicated, whether you’re an employer evaluating benefit options for your workforce or an employee trying to understand the coverage available to you.
How do traditional employer group plans compare to individual health insurance options? What should employers and employees consider when evaluating coverage? And why isn’t health insurance one-size-fits-all?
In this episode of the Live4It Podcast, host Amanda Reed Myers welcomes Chuck Shaw, a licensed insurance broker with more than 25 years of experience, for an approachable, educational conversation about health insurance.
Together, they explore employer group coverage, individual insurance options, and the importance of understanding benefits beyond the monthly premium. They also discuss how the health insurance landscape continues to evolve and why education and trusted guidance matter for employers and employees alike.
Through our Value Preventive Health pathway, Live4It encourages individuals to seek reliable information, ask questions, and take an active role in their health and well-being.
